Why now?
Most businesses haven't noticed yet. Three reasons to move before your competition does.

What you get
Eight pieces of work, in the order they happen. Each one is written into your plan before it starts.
BEFORE LAUNCH
Eligibility and readiness review
We check your billing country, business category, and landing page against OpenAI's current rules before anything else, so nobody builds a campaign that can't run.
Campaign strategy
Objective, buying model, budget range, and the conversation topics your ads should match, written down and agreed before creative starts.
Offer and messaging development
The one thing you want a reader to do after the ad, and the words that get them there. Reused in the ad, the landing page, and the follow-up.
Ad creative
Headline, description, and image sets built to OpenAI's format and policy requirements, with variations ready for testing.
AT LAUNCH
Landing-page recommendations
What your page needs so the click becomes an inquiry: matching message, a clear form or call action, and page speed. We advise; your team or ours implements.
Account and launch guidance
You create and own the advertiser account. We walk you through verification, billing, and the settings that can't be changed later, then get invited in to build the campaign.
Measurement planning
Conversion tracking and UTM conventions set before launch, so the first dollar of spend is measured the same way as the last.
AFTER LAUNCH
Reporting, testing, and optimization
Plain-language reporting on impressions, clicks, spend, and inquiries, with creative and context-hint tests scheduled on a cadence we agree on.
What a written plan covers
- 1.Eligibility review
- Billing country, category status, landing page, account owner
- 2.Objective and buying model
- Clicks or reach, max bid range, monthly budget band
- 3.Context hints
- The conversation topics the campaign should match, and the ones it shouldn't
- 4.Creative set
- Headline and description variants, image direction, policy checks
- 5.Landing page notes
- Message match, inquiry action, load speed, what to change first
- 6.Measurement plan
- Conversion events, UTM conventions, what counts as an inquiry
- 7.Review and launch checklist
- Verification, billing, locked settings, submission for review
- 8.Optimization cadence
- What we test, how often we report, when we pause or scale
Illustrative structure only. Your plan is written after a conversation and contains no projections.
From ad click to inquiry
The ad is only the first step. We plan the whole route the visitor takes, and we're clear about which parts are included and which are yours or optional.
Ad, page, inquiry
CRM follow-up
Booking, your sale
Ad management is the CAPTURE step. Follow-up and booking are separate services.
ChatGPT does not share conversations or contact details with advertisers. Every inquiry starts on your own website. CRM automation, follow-up, and booking are Brain Kindle services, not features of ChatGPT Ads, and are only included if we agree on them.
How it works
Three steps. The second one is where most first campaigns go wrong.
Assess fit and goals
Eligibility, category, landing page, and what an inquiry is worth.
Prepare campaign and measurement
You own the account. We write the strategy, creative, and tracking.
- 3
Launch subject to review
Then test creative and context hints, and report plainly.
- AccountVerified business
- AdsCreative and claims
- Landing pageDestination and content
Rolling queue. No expedite. Approval is never guaranteed.
Step 1: Assess fit and goals
We check eligibility, category, and readiness against OpenAI's current rules, then agree on what an inquiry is worth to you and what a good first month looks like.
Step 2: Prepare the campaign and measurement
You create and own the advertiser account; we're invited in as a team member. Meanwhile we write the strategy, build the creative, set conversion tracking, and fix what the landing page needs.
Country, currency, and time zone are locked at account creation. We make sure they're right the first time.
Step 3: Launch subject to review, then optimize
Your account, ads, and landing page go through OpenAI's review. Once live, we test creative and context hints, report plainly, and adjust spend toward what produces inquiries.

Who this is for
Fit depends on four things. None of them are about company size.
- Platform availability
- The legal entity that advertises and pays must be in a country OpenAI currently supports. The list changes; we check it on the day.
- Business category
- Consumer goods, local services, travel and entertainment, and digital products or education are open now. Some categories are restricted or not allowed.
- Goals
- You want inquiries, bookings, or sales you can count, not impressions for their own sake.
- Readiness
- A working website that can take an inquiry, and someone to answer it. If that isn't in place yet, we say so and can help with it first.
OPEN CATEGORIES TODAY
- Household and consumer goods
- Local services
- Travel and entertainment
- Digital products and education
Financial, healthcare, and legal services are reviewed case by case and only in the US. Political content, gambling, cannabis, individual job listings, and housing listings are not allowed at this time.
What happens after you request a plan
Three things happen, in this order, and a person does each of them.
Questions we hear first
Tell us about your business to start the conversation.
Is ChatGPT advertising available to our business?
It depends on where your business is billed and what you sell. OpenAI currently offers self-service sign-up in 52 countries, including the US, and allows a limited set of categories. Eligibility is decided by OpenAI, not by us. We check both against the current rules as the first step, and we don't build campaigns for businesses that can't run them.
What does your service include?
Eligibility and readiness review, campaign strategy, offer and messaging, ad creative, landing-page recommendations, account and launch guidance, measurement planning, and ongoing reporting, testing, and optimization. CRM automation, follow-up sequences, and booking systems are separate Brain Kindle services and are only included if we agree on them.
Who owns the advertiser account?
You do. Under OpenAI's current rules the advertising business creates its own account, completes business verification, and sets up billing. We guide you through it and are then invited into your account as a team member to build and manage campaigns. Agencies can't create the account for you.
Are management fees separate from ad spend?
Yes. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to OpenAI, on a card attached to your own advertiser account. Brain Kindle's management fee is a separate agreement between us. We never hold your ad budget.
Can you guarantee approval or results?
No. OpenAI reviews every advertiser, every ad, and every landing page, and reserves the right to refuse any of them. There is no way to expedite review. Results depend on your offer, your category, your website, and an auction we don't control. What we commit to is a written plan and plain reporting on what the spend produced.
How will performance be measured?
Ads Manager reports impressions, clicks, spend, click-through rate, and conversions. Before launch we set up conversion tracking and UTM conventions so those clicks are visible in your own analytics as inquiries, calls, or bookings. We report on the numbers that matter to you, in plain language, on a schedule we agree on.
What happens after we submit the form?
We reply by email to confirm we received your request and to ask a couple of questions. Then we talk through fit and goals. If it makes sense for both of us, we put a plan in writing for your approval. Submitting the form does not confirm eligibility, open an account, or launch anything.
A reply by email

Usually about your category, your website, and the country your business bills from.
A conversation about fit
A written plan, if it makes sense
